India is emerging as a key market for Minor Hotels. With the successful opening of Anantara in Jaipur, the company plans to expand further with projects in cities like Visakhapatnam and Kolkata. The luxury wedding market in India is also contributing to this growth.

## New Ventures in Sharjah

Minor Hotels is set to manage seven new properties in Sharjah, each with a unique identity. These include heritage sites and nature-focused retreats. This expansion is part of a partnership with the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority.

## Operational Challenges and Solutions

Despite rising costs, Minor Hotels has avoided layoffs by redeploying staff and implementing new systems to manage expenses. The company is also focusing on renewable energy solutions to address sustainability challenges, particularly for off-grid properties like Anantara World Islands.

## Future Outlook

Looking ahead, Minor Hotels plans to continue its expansion in India, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. The company aims to open 50 hotels in India over the next decade, marking a significant growth phase for the group.
