Mohammed Tahaineh, Chief Project Officer at DAMAC, highlighted the importance of effective supplier and transport management. He noted that the UAE's logistics infrastructure, including routes through Khor Fakkan and Fujairah, helped mitigate potential disruptions.

Tahaineh emphasized that Dubai's luxury real estate market remains attractive due to competitive pricing and high-quality offerings. He believes that demand for luxury properties will continue to grow, driven by prime locations and quality.

## Future Prospects

DAMAC continues to see strong buying and handover activity in Dubai, with no significant delays in their projects. The company has already handed over thousands of units this year, maintaining a focus on delivering quality to its customers.
