Agthia Group reports 12.5% net profit growth

## Financial Performance

Agthia Group PJSC reported a 12.5% increase in net profit for the first quarter of 2026, reaching Dh96.9 million. The company's net revenue grew by 3.3% to Dh1.3 billion, while EBITDA rose by 4.1% to Dh193.3 million. This performance was driven by strong execution in core segments and effective response to market challenges.

## Strategic Focus

Chairman Khalifa Sultan Al Suwaidi emphasized the importance of resilience and long-term strategy in navigating complex environments. CEO Salmeen Alameri highlighted the group's disciplined execution and the strength of its diversified portfolio, which contributed to improved operating efficiency and stronger margins.

## Key Growth Areas

The Water & Food segment remained a significant growth driver, with notable performance in UAE bottled water and Home and Office Services. The Protein & Frozen segment also showed progress, particularly with the expansion of the Saudi protein facility. Agri-Business supported overall performance, aligning with UAE food security initiatives.

## E-commerce Expansion

E-commerce revenue saw a 22.5% increase, now making up 7.2% of the group's underlying revenue, reflecting Agthia's adaptation to digital market trends.
