Sharjah Police earn three excellence awards

## Recognition at Minister of Interior Event

Sharjah Police General Headquarters has been honored with three awards at the seventh Minister of Interior Excellence Award ceremony, held at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. The event was attended by Lt. Gen. Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.

## Institutional and Individual Achievements

The Sharjah Police were recognized in two institutional categories and one individual category. They secured first place in the leading entity for leadership category, praised for their advanced communication and media system. Additionally, Khorfakkan Comprehensive Police Station received a silver award for its outstanding security and traffic services.

On an individual level, civilian employee Darrar Abbas Al Hosani was awarded for his professional excellence and contributions as a person of determination.

## Strategic Vision and Teamwork

Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, emphasized that these achievements reflect the force's strategic vision focused on institutional excellence and community safety. He highlighted the importance of teamwork and continuous improvement in maintaining high performance standards and supporting the UAE’s development goals.
