The Uruskhanov family, who relocated from the Netherlands to the UAE in 2017, manages the entire development process in-house. This includes design, construction, and management, ensuring accountability and quality control. The family emphasizes "affordable premium" living, offering Dubai-style amenities at Ajman prices.

Rockhill Tower will include a range of amenities such as an infinity pool, gym, golf simulator, spa, and smart-home technology. The development is set to be completed by the second quarter of 2029. The location, approximately 39 minutes from Downtown Dubai, is appealing to both first-time buyers and investors due to Ajman's affordability compared to Dubai.
