Letitia Wright and Winston Duke will reprise their roles as Shuri and M'Baku, respectively. Additionally, Denzel Washington is set to make his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut, although details about his character remain undisclosed.

The movie will be shot entirely on larger format celluloid film, marking a first for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This decision aligns with the film's coming-of-age theme, focusing on the next generation of Wakandan leadership.
