## Intense Weather in Sharjah
Sharjah experienced severe weather conditions on Saturday afternoon, with heavy rain, thunder, and lightning affecting areas such as Al Dhaid and Suhaila. The UAE's National Center of Meteorology (NCM) had issued a warning about the potential for convective clouds, which led to these intense weather events.
## Weather Warnings and Conditions
The NCM had forecast light to moderate rainfall, with some areas experiencing heavy showers until 7 pm. Videos from Al Dhaid showed significant rainfall and storm activity, with runoff reported in nearby wadis. While Sharjah faced these conditions, the rest of the UAE remained mostly fair, with a slight drop in temperatures and low clouds in the east during the morning.
## Upcoming Weather Forecast
The NCM has also warned of humid conditions overnight into Sunday, with possible fog or mist in coastal and inland regions. Winds are expected to be light to moderate, reaching speeds of up to 30 km/h. Seas in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman are predicted to remain calm.
Looking ahead, temperatures are expected to decrease further on Sunday, with fog likely on Monday morning. From Monday to Wednesday, convective clouds may reappear in eastern and southern areas, potentially bringing afternoon rain, stronger winds up to 40 km/h, dust in open areas, and occasionally rough seas in parts of the Arabian Gulf.
