Additionally, Samsung has signed a $200 billion memorandum of understanding with Broadcom to provide advanced memory chips and foundry services for AI chip production.

Samsung and Broadcom aim to collaborate on developing industry-leading memory solutions, including high-bandwidth memory (HBM), to support next-generation AI accelerators.
