## Warnings and Humanitarian Efforts

Brigadier Bin Muwaiza warned travelers against carrying luggage for others, as it could unknowingly involve them in criminal activities. He also discussed Dubai Police's approach to handling cases involving tourists unfamiliar with UAE drug laws. In one instance, 18 teenagers caught using drugs were deported instead of prosecuted, highlighting a balance between law enforcement and humanitarian considerations.
