UAE to see cooler weather and fog through midweek, NCM says

## Weather Forecast

The UAE is set to experience cooler weather with fair to partly cloudy skies through midweek. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecast a slight drop in temperatures and increased humidity, particularly overnight, which may lead to fog and mist in coastal and inland areas.

## Fog and Visibility

Fog is expected to form late at night and early in the morning, reducing visibility in some regions. Motorists are advised to drive cautiously during these times due to potential visibility issues.

## Wind and Sea Conditions

Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally freshening, with speeds ranging from 10 to 20 km/h, and may reach up to 35 km/h. The Arabian Gulf will experience slight to moderate sea conditions, while the Oman Sea will remain slight.

## Temperature and Humidity

Temperatures will remain moderate, with Abu Dhabi expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 17°C. Dubai will see temperatures between 29°C and 19°C. Inland areas like Al Ain and Liwa could see highs of 30°C and 32°C, respectively. Humidity levels may rise to around 90% overnight in several areas.

## Midweek Outlook

By Wednesday, winds are expected to shift and freshen, reaching up to 40 km/h over the sea. Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf may become moderate to rough by early Thursday, while the Oman Sea will stay slight. The probability of fog and mist will persist, especially in coastal and inland regions.
