The agreement was formalized during a visit by the Sharjah Book Authority (SBA) delegation to the BookXcess flagship store in Kuala Lumpur. The memorandum of understanding was signed by Ahmed bin Rakkad Al Ameri, CEO of SBA, and Andrew Yap, Founder of BookXcess Malaysia.
