Hot weather to persist across UAE with fog risk and gusty winds

## Weather Overview

The United Arab Emirates will experience hot and partly cloudy weather this week. Daytime temperatures are expected to soar, with highs reaching 46°C in Liwa, 45°C in Al Ain and Fujairah, 44°C in Abu Dhabi, and 40°C in Dubai. Humidity levels could rise significantly overnight, particularly in Dubai where it may reach up to 90%.

## Fog and Wind Conditions

The National Centre of Meteorology has warned of potential fog or mist forming overnight and into the early morning in coastal and inland areas. Winds will vary from light to moderate, predominantly from the southwest to northwest, with speeds between 10 to 20 km/h, occasionally gusting up to 30 km/h. By midweek, winds could strengthen, reaching up to 40 km/h, possibly causing blowing dust in exposed areas.

## Sea and Cloud Activity

Seas are expected to remain slight in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea. Partly cloudy skies will persist, with convective clouds likely to develop over eastern regions during the afternoons, particularly on Wednesday and Thursday. These conditions may bring fresh winds associated with cloud activity.

## Outlook

The current weather pattern is expected to continue over the coming days, with similar conditions forecast for the rest of the week. Residents should prepare for hot days, humid nights, and the possibility of fog and gusty winds.
