## New Initiative for Rider Comfort
Keeta has launched a series of air-conditioned rest hubs for delivery riders across the UAE. These facilities aim to provide relief from the intense summer heat, offering riders a place to cool down and recharge during their shifts.
## Facilities and Amenities
The new hubs are equipped with seating areas, complimentary cold drinks, and other essential amenities. These spaces are strategically located throughout the country to ensure easy access for riders. The initiative is part of Keeta's broader rider welfare program, which focuses on enhancing the working conditions for delivery partners.
## Commitment to Rider Welfare
Colin Xu, Head of Logistics Operations at Keeta UAE, emphasized the importance of practical support for riders, especially during the hot summer months. By providing these cooled rest areas and hydration points, Keeta aims to create a safer and more supportive environment for its delivery personnel.
## Community and Feedback
Beyond offering physical relief, the facilities are designed to foster a sense of community among riders. They provide a space for riders to connect with colleagues and take breaks between deliveries. Keeta plans to gather feedback from riders to continuously improve the facilities, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of those on the ground.
