## Global Dialogue on AI Governance

The Muslim Council of Elders is actively participating in the first Global Dialogue on AI Governance, organized by the United Nations in Geneva on July 6-7, 2026. This event aims to enhance international cooperation and develop global frameworks for AI governance.

## Call for Ethical Frameworks

## Collaborative Efforts

Under the leadership of Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, the Council is working with Al-Azhar and international partners to promote ethical AI. They are advocating for a Global Charter for the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on using technology to foster peace and justice.

## Inclusive International Platform

The Global Dialogue on AI Governance, established by a UN General Assembly resolution, provides a platform for international cooperation and dialogue. It aims to ensure AI benefits are shared globally, reflecting the priorities of all nations, not just technologically advanced ones.
