## Introduction Travelers flying from the UAE to India must now complete the Air Suvidha 2.0 form, a mandatory health declaration required for all international arrivals. This new requirement applies to everyone, regardless of nationality or travel history.
## Step-by-Step Guide
### Step 1: Prepare Your Documents Before starting the process, ensure you have your passport, flight details, and travel dates ready.
### Step 2: Access the Portal Visit the Air Suvidha portal at airsuvidha.civilaviation.gov.in. You can also use a QR code provided by your airline or at check-in to access the form.
### Step 3: Fill in Travel Information Enter your personal and flight details. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent to you.
### Step 4: Complete Health Declaration Declare your travel history for the past 21 days, including any visits to the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan, and any Ebola exposure or symptoms. If none apply, select "none of the above."
### Step 5: Save Confirmation After submission, you will receive a confirmation number and an acknowledgment, usually via email. Save this information, as it must be shown at immigration upon arrival in India.
## Important Considerations The process is quick and should be completed before boarding or during web check-in. Air Suvidha 2.0 is an additional requirement, separate from the e-Arrival Card. This measure follows the WHO's declaration of an Ebola outbreak as a public health emergency in May 2026.
If you develop Ebola-related symptoms within 21 days of arriving in India, seek medical attention promptly and inform health authorities about your recent travel. For assistance, contact India's national helpline at 1075 or email idsp-alert@nic.in.
