Dubai has successfully revamped 1,474 government services over the past three years under the 360 Services Policy. This initiative, led by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aims to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.

## Recognition for Excellence

The transformation was celebrated with the 2025 Hamdan bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services awards. The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) received the prestigious Hamdan Flag for its outstanding performance. Additionally, the Dubai Land Department was honored with the Best Pioneering Initiative Award, and the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai won the Best Digital City Experience Award.

## Collaborative Achievements

The Shared Digital Channels Award was jointly awarded to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and DP World, highlighting successful collaborations in digital service delivery.
