## Eligibility and Requirements
The application requirements differ based on the applicant's status:
- **University and School Students**: Need proof of student status, latest school certificate, parental consent, a certificate of good conduct, medical fitness certificate, valid passport, residency visa, Emirates ID, an approved tuition agreement, and a recent photo.
- **Unemployed Residents**: Must provide their latest educational certificate, certificate of good conduct, medical fitness certificate, valid passport, residency visa, Emirates ID, experience certificate (if available), an approved tuition agreement, and a recent photo.
- **Employees in Other Sectors**: Require their latest educational certificate, certificate of good conduct, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer, medical fitness certificate, experience certificate (if available), valid passport, residency visa, Emirates ID, an approved tuition agreement, and a recent photo.
- **Teachers in Schools**: Need their latest educational certificate, certificate of good conduct, NOC from their employer, medical fitness certificate, experience certificate (if available), valid passport, residency visa, Emirates ID, an approved tuition agreement, and a recent photo.
## Application Process
To apply, visit the MOHRE website or app, select Services, and search for Private Tutor Licensing. After verifying your Emirates ID, choose your category, upload the necessary documents, and submit the application. There is no fee for this service, and applications are typically processed within two working days. Once approved, the permit is valid for two years, allowing legal tutoring services across the UAE.
