## Arada Capital's Ambitious Launch

Arada, a prominent global master developer, has introduced Arada Capital, a new funds management platform aimed at developing and managing high-grade real estate investment opportunities. The platform, based in Abu Dhabi Global Market, is targeting $5 billion in assets under management within four years.

## Strategic Focus on GCC Real Estate

Arada Capital will focus on providing institutional investors access to real estate opportunities in the GCC region and selected international markets. The platform has received initial approval from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority and is awaiting final regulatory clearance to operate as a fund manager.

## Leadership and Vision

The platform will be chaired by HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, with Moustafa Fahour OAM appointed as CEO and Managing Director. Fahour brings over two decades of experience in banking and infrastructure investment, having held senior roles at major financial institutions.

## Expanding Investment Opportunities

Initially, Arada Capital will concentrate on real estate within the GCC, with plans to expand into infrastructure and other private market investments. The platform aims to attract institutional partnerships and strengthen regional investment opportunities.

## Arada's Growth and Expansion

Since its establishment in 2017, Arada has launched 11 projects in the UAE and expanded into the UK and Australia, with a development pipeline valued at AED130 billion. The company plans to leverage its existing projects and strategic partnerships to offer new investment opportunities through Arada Capital.
