The platform's growth is supported by advanced technology, including an AI digital assistant that provides real-time guidance. This feature helps users access services efficiently, aligning with Dubai's vision for smart government services. The app attracted 400,000 new users in 2025, bringing the total to 2.2 million, and maintains a 4.5-star rating.

## New Features and Services

Recent updates include a redesigned interface and the introduction of the "My Services" section for personalized experiences. Users can now access official documents like Emirates ID and driving licenses directly through the app. The "My Vehicles" service allows electronic management of vehicle transactions, including ownership transfers and payment of fines.

Additional features include the "Benefits" service, showcasing programs like Esaad, and a "Pay All" option for settling multiple bills at once. The platform also offers automatic payment systems for convenience.

## Collaborative Efforts

DubaiNow continues to expand through collaborations with entities like the Roads and Transport Authority, adding services such as learner permit renewals. Partnerships with Dubai Culture and Dubai Municipality have introduced digital certificates for filming and permits for public parks. A "Proof of Status" service with Dubai Courts allows digital access to personal status certificates.
