The inaugural Sheikh Zayed Summer Festival is set to begin on July 6, 2024, and will run until August 23. This event, held under the patronage of UAE leadership, aims to blend education, technology, sports, and culture in a fully indoor setting. ## Educational and Technological Focus

The Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET) will conduct a seven-week Summer Skills Camp. This camp will provide training in areas like drone technology and 3D game design, offering 588 spots for students from Grades 6 to 12.

## Safety and Community Programs

The UAE Cybersecurity Council will offer workshops on online safety and cyber fraud prevention. Additionally, Abu Dhabi Police will run programs to promote community safety and traffic awareness.

## Sports and Recreation

Visitors can enjoy various sports and outdoor activities, including football, table tennis, and horse riding. The Abu Dhabi Winter Sports Club will also provide skating and junior hockey sessions.

## Cultural and Heritage Activities

The festival will feature creative workshops, heritage activities, and environmental initiatives. Other events include the Al Wathba Date Festival and the Productive Families Event, offering a rich cultural experience.
