Dubai Police's digital adoption rate reached 97.7%, with over 218 million digital transactions processed in 2025. Customer satisfaction with these digital services was high at 96.9%. The force also scored 93.3% in the Future Readiness and Innovation Index, emphasizing its commitment to proactive policing and innovation.

## Operational Efficiency and Global Recognition

In 2025, Dubai Police managed 6.9 million emergency and non-emergency calls, showcasing their rapid response capabilities. The organization received 51 awards, including 12 international honors, highlighting its global standing. Additionally, Dubai Police topped a global ranking for police brand value, with a AAA+ rating, contributing significantly to the UAE's national brand value.
