Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has sanctioned a series of initiatives worth Dh18 billion to enhance the city's future growth. These projects aim to improve the quality of life and include sectors such as culture, trade, infrastructure, and finance.

## Cultural and Trade Strategies

The Dubai Cultural Strategy 2033, led by Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed, aims to position Dubai as a global cultural hub. It includes 40 initiatives to support local talents and attract international creatives. The Dubai Customs Strategy 2030 focuses on facilitating trade and enhancing security, aiming to boost Dubai's global trade status.

## Infrastructure Developments

A significant infrastructure project, the First Al Khail Street Development Plan, will create a new corridor parallel to Sheikh Zayed Road. This 15-kilometre elevated roadway is expected to reduce travel time and increase road capacity.

## Population and Education Initiatives

The 'Dubai Population Now' initiative will provide real-time population data to aid urban planning. Additionally, the Emirati Talents Strategy in Private Education aims to create opportunities for 3,000 Emiratis by 2033.

## Economic and Financial Enhancements

The Dubai Investor Register will streamline operations for investors across the emirate, supporting the Dubai Economic Agenda D33's investment goals. A new visual identity for Dubai's address system and the launch of the Global Centre for Technology and Innovation in Islamic Finance are also part of the approved projects.
