A 12-month transition period will allow for the adjustment of existing accounts held by children under 15. After this period, such accounts will no longer be permitted.

For child influencers, accounts can continue if managed by a parent or guardian. The content must be produced and operated under the adult's name.

Currently, the focus is on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. However, online gaming platforms are under review for similar regulations.

## Content Classification Frameworks

The National Media Authority is developing frameworks to ensure safe content for children. This includes an Age Classification Policy for various media, helping families make informed decisions about their children's media consumption.
