DAMAC says Dubai projects stayed on track despite supply chain pressure

## Harbour Lights Tower Reaches Milestone

DAMAC Properties has successfully topped out its Harbour Lights tower in Dubai Maritime City, despite recent global supply chain challenges. The 52-storey tower, which is the tallest in Maritime City, is on track for a 2027 handover. The project includes 294 apartments, retail spaces, and amenities such as an infinity pool and gym.

## Supply Chain Management

DAMAC's Chief Project Officer, Mohammed Tahaineh, credited the UAE's efficient port and logistics systems for minimizing disruptions. He noted that while initial concerns existed, the opening of routes through Khor Fakkan and Fujairah helped maintain project timelines.

## Dubai's Real Estate Market

Tahaineh highlighted the continued demand for luxury homes in Dubai, citing competitive pricing compared to other global cities. He emphasized that Dubai offers high-quality products at lower prices, making it an attractive market for luxury real estate.

## Future Prospects

The Harbour Lights project is designed with coastal living in mind, offering resort-style amenities and proximity to key destinations like La Mer Beach and Burj Khalifa. Tahaineh believes that demand for luxury mixed-use projects in prime locations will remain strong, driven by quality and views.
