## Leadership Appointment
LEORON Institute has appointed Lule Bunjaku Karapinar as the CEO for GCC Markets and Executive Education. A founding member of the organization, Karapinar has played a crucial role in establishing LEORON as a leading provider of corporate learning and executive education in the region.
## Strategic Role
Karapinar's new role will involve steering LEORON’s commercial strategy in the GCC and expanding its executive education offerings. The institute is known for delivering over 2,000 instructor-led programs annually, training more than 50,000 professionals each year across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC.
## Regional Impact
Operating from Dubai Knowledge Park, LEORON serves a diverse clientele, including government bodies, multinational corporations, and regional enterprises. The GCC market is pivotal for LEORON, with increasing demand for internationally accredited learning solutions that align with national human capital agendas.
## Professional Background
Originally from Skopje, North Macedonia, Karapinar has been based in Dubai since 2017. She holds a degree in Languages, Culture, and Communication, and has furthered her expertise with executive education from INSEAD and the London School of Business and Finance.
## Future Plans
In her expanded role, Karapinar will lead LEORON’s partnerships with prestigious institutions like Oxford’s Saïd Business School and INSEAD. She aims to enhance learning solutions to meet the evolving needs of the region’s ambitious organizations, supporting national agendas such as Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the UAE’s Projects of the 50.
