## Accident Details
A significant traffic incident occurred on Friday morning on the E311 highway near Expo City, causing major disruptions for commuters traveling from Sharjah to Dubai. The accident involved multiple vehicles, including a truck that overturned and three cars that sustained heavy damage.
## Impact on Traffic
The accident has led to severe congestion on several major routes. The E11, also known as Al Ittihad Street, is heavily congested from Al Khan in Sharjah to Al Mulla Plaza in Dubai. Internal roads in the industrial zones connecting Sharjah and Dubai are also experiencing slow traffic due to peak-hour volumes.
Moderate congestion is reported on D92 from Al Mamzar to Abu Hail, while E311 is experiencing bumper-to-bumper traffic from Muwaileh Commercial area to Qusais Cemetery. Additionally, traffic is slow-moving on E44 near Dubai Design District.
## Advice for Commuters
Motorists are advised to exercise caution and remain alert while navigating these busy routes. It is recommended to plan for extra travel time if commuting from Sharjah to Dubai this morning. Despite the disruptions, traffic on the Emirates Road (E611) remains smooth in both directions.
