DSV, a leader in global transport and logistics, has unveiled a new 30,000-square-meter logistics warehouse in Dubai's Jebel Ali Free Zone. Developed by Arcapita's Lintara Properties, this state-of-the-art facility marks a significant investment in the UAE's logistics sector.

Chrys Mendonca, Managing Director of DSV Dubai, emphasized the company's commitment to the region, highlighting the UAE's strategic role as a global trade hub. Despite regional uncertainties, DSV is expanding its capacity to better serve both regional and international clients.

## Advanced Facility Features

The warehouse, designed with advanced construction techniques, includes high-bay storage with a 17.3-meter internal height and can accommodate around 75,000 pallet positions. It also features dedicated areas for pharmaceuticals, temperature-controlled goods, and hazardous materials, ensuring comprehensive logistics solutions.

## Sustainable Design

In line with DSV's sustainability goals, the facility is built to LEED Silver standards, incorporating energy-efficient systems and environmentally responsible practices. This aligns with the growing emphasis on resilient and sustainable supply chains.
