## Program Overview

The Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (ETCC) has launched the second batch of the Alpha Program, aimed at developing job skills among Emirati middle school students. This initiative, in collaboration with the Nafis Youth Council, seeks to prepare students for future careers in the private sector.

## Program Implementation

The program is being conducted in partnership with Emirates National Schools in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. It involves collaboration with leading private-sector companies such as Presight PwC, Atkins Realis, Deloitte, and Bee'ah Group. The initiative is designed to instill a private sector work culture in students from an early age.

## Program Phases

The Alpha Program consists of two phases. The first phase includes interactive workshops at the Emirates National Schools, where students will learn about career opportunities and develop essential skills like resume writing and interview techniques. The second phase involves a five-day job simulation with partner companies, providing students with real-world work experience.

## Strategic Goals

This program aligns with the UAE's vision to equip the younger generation with the necessary skills to thrive in a transforming economy. By fostering critical awareness and competencies, the initiative aims to make Emirati students the preferred choice in the labor market.
