HRE Development breaks ground on Sakura Gardens, Falcon City of Wonders

## Sakura Gardens Project Launch

HRE Development has commenced construction on Sakura Gardens, a new residential community in Wadi Al Safa 2, part of Dubai's Falcon City of Wonders. This marks a significant step for both the developer and the rapidly growing residential area.

## Japanese-Inspired Design

The project draws inspiration from the Japanese cherry blossom, symbolizing renewal and harmony. Spanning 49,000 square meters, the development will feature 1,429 fully furnished residences in a low-rise, G+9 structure. A central car-free park covering 30,000 square meters will be a focal point, with half of the area dedicated to green spaces.

## Amenities and Sustainability

Residents will enjoy over 50 amenities, including a lagoon pool, rooftop gym, wellness pavilions, and sports courts. The development will also incorporate smart home technology and EV charging stations, highlighting a commitment to sustainability.

## Strategic Location

Located in Wadi Al Safa 2, the area has evolved into a lifestyle and investment hub, benefiting from its proximity to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The project is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2028, aligning with the area's ongoing infrastructure growth.
