Sharjah Charity launches Dh2.6m Dhu Al Hijjah aid campaign

## Overview Sharjah Charity International has initiated a Dh2.6 million aid campaign to assist over 18,000 families, inmates, patients, and Hajj pilgrims during the first 10 days of Dhu Al Hijjah.

## Campaign Details The campaign aims to provide financial relief to inmates, fund heart procedures, and sponsor Hajj trips for needy Emiratis. It also includes distributing iftar meals to nearly 15,000 people on the Day of Arafah.

## Medical and International Support The charity will finance 50 cardiac catheterisation procedures and provide 700 dialysis sessions. Additionally, they plan to build a mosque and install a water supply network in a Kyrgyzstan village.

## Community Involvement Executive Director Abdullah Sultan Bin Khadim encourages public support through various donation channels, emphasizing the importance of community participation during these holy days.
