Saudi Arabia's Tawakkalna app is now offering Hajj services in 19 languages, aiming to improve the experience for pilgrims and workers during the 1447H Hajj season. This initiative is part of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority's efforts to integrate government services and support pilgrims throughout their journey.

## Comprehensive Services

The app provides access to a variety of services, including Hajj permits linked to the digital platform "Tasreeh". It also facilitates entry into Mecca, work authorizations, volunteer permits, and vehicle permits. The app is designed to be a digital companion, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for pilgrims.

## Additional Features

Pilgrims can book visits to Al Rawdah Al Sharifah through the Nusuk gateway service. The app also offers multilingual access to the Arafah sermon, emergency assistance via "Assefni", live weather updates, Qibla direction, prayer times, and digital Quran services.

## Alignment with Vision 2030

These services are part of the broader Pilgrim Experience Programme under Saudi Vision 2030, which focuses on enhancing services for pilgrims using smart technology. The Tawakkalna platform collaborates with over 350 government entities and offers more than 1,300 services, with a user base exceeding 35 million.
