India's counter-terrorism agency has charged ten individuals in connection with a car bomb explosion that occurred near the Red Fort in Delhi on November 10, 2025. The blast resulted in the deaths of at least 11 people.
## Investigation Details
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a comprehensive 7,500-page chargesheet after conducting investigations across four states and Kashmir. The accused are linked to Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind, a group inspired by Al Qaida.
## Key Accused
Among those charged is Umer Un Nabi, identified as the driver of the car involved in the explosion. His body was identified through DNA testing. However, charges against him will be dropped as he is deceased. The other nine accused are currently in custody.

The NIA revealed that the group was involved in illegal arms procurement, including assault rifles, and had experimented with IEDs mounted on rockets and drones. Notably, several of the accused are radicalized medical professionals, with at least five doctors involved, many hailing from Kashmir.
