## Technology Operation Control Centre

Al Tayer highlighted the role of the Technology Operation Control Centre (TOCC) in managing RTA's technical services. This hub ensures continuous business operations through a unified framework that supports technical systems and digital infrastructure. The centre is equipped to handle over 200 server-hosting units and processes more than 500 support requests daily, ensuring 24/7 operational efficiency.

## Enhancing Operational Efficiency

The TOCC employs an integrated model to manage technical infrastructure securely and reliably. It includes specialized units like the IT Support Centre and Operations Monitoring Centre, which provide round-the-clock technical support and system performance monitoring. These efforts are part of RTA's strategy to maintain service sustainability and improve the quality of life in Dubai.

## Achievements and Upgrades

Recent upgrades at the TOCC have modernized its facilities, aligning with international best practices in data centre management. The centre has achieved the international Tier III classification, reflecting its high standards in data centre readiness and service continuity.
