Sharjah launches 3‑minute digital system for issuing, attesting academic certificates via Dalil platform

## New Digital Platform Launch

Sharjah has unveiled a new digital system for issuing and attesting academic certificates through the "Dalil" platform. This initiative is a collaboration between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA).

## Streamlined Process

The new system significantly reduces the time required for processing certificates, cutting it down to just three minutes. Previously, this process could take up to six working days. The service integrates certificate issuance and attestation, streamlining what used to be three separate transactions into one seamless process.

## Supporting Government Goals

This development is part of the UAE's Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, aiming to enhance digital transformation and improve government service delivery. The initiative reflects the UAE Government's vision of a unified digital ecosystem that enhances institutional integration and government performance.

## Enhanced User Experience

The integration between MoFA and SPEA aims to provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience for parents and students. By consolidating services into a single digital platform, the process becomes more accessible and less time-consuming, aligning with the UAE's broader digital transformation goals.
