## Global Urban Transformation
With urban populations expected to rise by 2.5 billion by 2050, global infrastructure investments are projected to reach $106 trillion by 2040. Abu Dhabi aims to address these challenges by focusing on projects that improve urban efficiency and sustainability.

Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, emphasized Abu Dhabi's commitment to a people-first approach. The emirate's infrastructure projects are designed to meet current and future needs, enhancing connectivity and service reliability.

By 2029, Abu Dhabi plans to provide over 40,000 homes and residential plots, aiming to boost community stability and residents' quality of life.
