Modon posts Dh3.9 billion profit, Dh46 billion backlog signals strong pipeline

## Strong Financial Performance

Abu Dhabi-based developer Modon announced a significant financial achievement for 2025, reporting a net profit of Dh3.9 billion. This success was driven by a substantial increase in revenue, which reached Dh13.8 billion, largely due to robust property sales and an expanding project pipeline.

## Real Estate Sales Surge

The company's real estate sector was a major contributor to its financial success, with sales soaring to Dh36.3 billion, nearly tripling from the previous year. Key projects on Reem Island and Hudayriyat Island in Abu Dhabi were particularly successful, experiencing multiple sell-outs.

## Expanding International Ventures

Modon's international projects also played a role in its growth. The launch of the Ras El Hekma development in Egypt generated Dh5.8 billion in sales, while ongoing operations in Spain continued to provide steady income.

## Diversified Revenue Streams

The company saw a 13.2% increase in asset and investment management revenue, reaching Dh655 million, supported by high occupancy rates. Hospitality revenue also rose by 38.9% to Dh792 million, driven by increased room rates and occupancy.

## Future Outlook

With a revenue backlog of Dh46 billion, Modon has a strong foundation for future growth. The company aims to convert this backlog into revenue while expanding its recurring income streams from asset management, hospitality, and events.
