## Financial Performance Overview
Amlak Finance PJSC has reported a significant increase in net profit for the first quarter of 2026, reaching Dh52 million. This marks an 86% rise compared to the Dh28 million profit recorded in the same period last year.
## Revenue Growth
The company's total revenue for the quarter increased by 8%, amounting to Dh65 million. This growth was largely driven by a substantial rise in income from financing and investing activities, which jumped to Dh30 million from just Dh1 million in Q1 2025. A key factor in this increase was the higher placement of wakala deposits, generating Dh28 million in income.
## Cost Management
Amlak Finance successfully reduced its distribution costs to financiers to zero, a significant improvement from the Dh4 million incurred in Q1 2025. This reduction followed the complete settlement of the company's financial obligations in July 2025.
