## Features and Facilities

The development covers over 330,000 square feet and includes modern sports courts, outdoor fitness equipment, and children's play areas with rubber flooring. The plazas are designed to cater to all age groups, promoting physical activity and social interaction. Landscaping and safety measures have been integrated to create a visually appealing and secure environment.

## Strategic Vision

These projects are part of the Dubai Countryside and Rural Areas Development Master Plan, which aims to preserve the natural character of these regions while enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors. The initiative supports the 'Year of the Family' and the Dubai 2040 Parks and Afforestation Strategy, which seeks to develop over 630 parks.

Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Municipality, emphasized the importance of creating public spaces that enhance wellbeing and quality of life.
