Dubai sets standardised Adahi prices for Hajj 2026

## Standardised Pricing for Sacrificial Animals

Dubai's Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities has set fixed prices for sacrificial animals, known as Adahi, for the 2026 Hajj season. This initiative aims to ensure transparency and fairness in the distribution of sacrifices to underprivileged families.

## Pricing Details

The approved rates are Dh800 for Somali sacrifices distributed within the UAE, Dh350 for local sacrifices carried out in the donor's country, and Dh490 for Ethiopian or Kenyan sacrifices distributed within the UAE. These prices were determined in collaboration with accredited charities and suppliers.

## Objectives and Implementation

The standardisation of Adahi prices is intended to reduce discrepancies and enhance clarity for donors. It also aims to improve resource management and ensure that support reaches those most in need. The process is supervised by accredited charities, ensuring that the sacrifices are distributed effectively both locally and internationally.
