The earthquake was felt across the Visayas region. Intensity V shaking was recorded in areas such as Can-Avid in Eastern Samar, Dulag and Alangalang in Leyte, and Gandara in Samar. Intensity IV was noted in Abuyog, Palo, and Carigara in Leyte. Moderate tremors reached parts of Biliran, Southern Leyte, and Sorsogon province in the Bicol region. Lighter tremors were experienced as far as Cebu, Masbate, Iloilo, and Davao Occidental, with intensity levels ranging from I to II.
