## Event Overview
Abu Dhabi is set to host the fifth and largest edition of the "Make it in the Emirates" event from May 4 to 7, 2026, at the ADNEC Centre. This platform, organized by the ADNEC Group in collaboration with strategic partners, aims to boost the UAE's industrial sector by showcasing opportunities across 12 key sectors.
## Strategic Focus
The event aligns with the UAE's industrial strategy, focusing on sectors such as food industries, pharmaceuticals, defense, advanced technology, and future energy. It aims to localize over 5,000 products and features more than 1,000 exhibitors, highlighting investment opportunities worth AED 168 billion.
## Support for Startups
A dedicated startup platform will provide support and exposure for innovative technological solutions. Startups can engage directly with industry leaders and explore collaboration opportunities. The event also includes a competition for startups to present their solutions and technologies.
## Participation and Services
The event will cover 88,000 square meters and feature 1,162 exhibitors, marking a 42% increase from the previous year. ADNEC Group will offer comprehensive services, including stand design and logistical support, to ensure a successful experience for exhibitors and visitors.
## Industrial Resilience Forum
In preparation for the event, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology recently hosted the "Industrial Resilience and Supply Chain Continuity Forum" in Abu Dhabi. This forum brought together industry leaders and experts to discuss strategies for strengthening supply chains amid global disruptions.
