## Major Investment in Dubailand

Dubai's prominent developer, Meraas, has allocated Dh2.4 billion for new construction contracts in Dubailand. This investment will expand their villa communities, The Acres and The Acres Estates, by adding 557 new homes.

## Project Details

The Acres will feature 371 villas, offering three to five bedrooms, along with essential community infrastructure. Meanwhile, The Acres Estates will provide 186 larger villas, ranging from five to seven bedrooms, aimed at a more exclusive market.

## Construction Partners

United Engineering Construction (UNEC) will oversee The Acres, while GCC Contracting will manage The Acres Estates. Both companies emphasize maintaining high construction standards and efficiency.
