## Major Investment in Dubailand
Dubai's prominent developer, Meraas, has allocated Dh2.4 billion for new construction contracts in Dubailand. This investment will expand their villa communities, The Acres and The Acres Estates, by adding 557 new homes.
## Project Details

## Construction Partners
United Engineering Construction (UNEC) will oversee The Acres, while GCC Contracting will manage The Acres Estates. Both companies emphasize maintaining high construction standards and efficiency.
