## Successful Sell-Out of Tara Park
Modon has announced the complete sell-out of its Tara Park development on Reem Island, achieving sales of approximately Dh2 billion. This significant milestone highlights the strong investor confidence and ongoing demand for properties in Abu Dhabi.

Tara Park consists of six residential towers, offering a total of 834 apartments in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations. The development is strategically connected to Reem Mall and features an active podium that provides residents with access to various amenities.
