## Eligibility for Hajj Leave
Employees in Saudi Arabia are entitled to take up to 15 days of paid leave for the Hajj pilgrimage. This leave includes the Eid Al Adha holiday and is available to those who have completed at least two consecutive years with their current employer.
## Conditions for Leave
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development specifies that this leave can only be granted once during an employee's tenure and only if they have not previously performed Hajj. Employers have the discretion to decide how many employees can take this leave each year, depending on operational needs.
## Employer Discretion
While the policy allows for up to 15 days of leave, the actual number of days granted can range from 10 to 15, as determined by the employer. This flexibility is intended to balance the needs of the business with the religious obligations of the employees.
