## New Developments in Dubai Healthcare City

Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) has initiated construction on two significant projects, PIXEL DHCC and IBN SINA+, as part of a Dh1.3 billion expansion plan. This initiative aims to enhance Dubai's status as a global healthcare hub. The projects are expected to be completed by November 2027.

## Focus on Growth and Investment

The new developments are designed to provide modern and sustainable facilities, aligning with the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 strategy and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. These projects are intended to attract international investment and support the emirate's economic goals.

## PIXEL DHCC: Modern Office Space

PIXEL DHCC will be a nine-storey office building featuring flexible office spaces and retail units. It will cover approximately 13,000 square meters and aims to meet high environmental standards, including LEED Platinum certification.

## IBN SINA+: New Medical Complex

The IBN SINA+ project will expand the existing Ibn Sina complex with a new five-storey medical facility. It will include spaces for surgeries, diagnostics, outpatient services, and medical offices, covering about 5,800 square meters. This development is expected to increase clinical capacity and improve healthcare access within the community.
