## Visit to KHDA

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, recently visited the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) to commend the progress of Dubai's education sector. Accompanied by Abdulla Al Basti, he reviewed the successful return to in-person learning for over 150,000 students across more than 450 institutions.

## Praise for Educational Leadership

Sheikh Hamdan praised the UAE's education system, led by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, for its excellence and resilience. He emphasized the system's role in fostering development and global leadership, highlighting its focus on empowering individuals and instilling national values.

## E33 Strategy and Initiatives

During the visit, Sheikh Hamdan was briefed on the progress of Dubai’s Education 33 (E33) Strategy. This initiative aims to create a learner-centered education system, enhancing skills from early childhood to higher education. Key initiatives include promoting Arabic language and Emirati culture, engaging parents, and developing life skills.

## Engaging with Students

Sheikh Hamdan also met with the Dubai Students Council to discuss their ideas and review initiatives that amplify student voices. The E33 Strategy includes projects like 'All Rise and Teach in Dubai' to attract quality educators and 'Future Astrolabe' to guide students in career choices.
