## Major Traffic Congestion
Commuters traveling between Dubai and Sharjah are experiencing significant delays on key routes this morning. Traffic data indicates severe congestion on the E11 Al Ittihad Road, particularly from Al Khan and Al Taawun in Sharjah to Al Mamzar in Dubai. Delays on this route can reach up to 45 minutes.
## Alternative Routes
The Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) is also heavily congested, with delays reported from Al Zahia City Centre in Sharjah to Muhaisnah 4 in Dubai. Commuters are facing 35 to 45-minute delays on this usually quicker stretch. Meanwhile, the Emirates Road (E611) offers some relief, though it is not entirely clear. Drivers are advised to monitor traffic updates, especially near the Al Dhaid Road Bridge No. 7, which was closed overnight for maintenance.
## Inner-City Traffic
Within Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) is experiencing slow-moving traffic near Al Safa and Al Barsha interchanges. The E44 Ras Al Khor Road is also congested from Dubai Design District to Business Bay. Additionally, Airport Street near Dubai International Airport is seeing heavy traffic, affecting nearby areas like Al Garhoud and Al Jafiliya.
## Advisory for Commuters
Authorities recommend maintaining safe distances and considering public transport options to ease the commute. Monitoring real-time traffic updates is advised as conditions can change rapidly during peak hours.
