## Labour Market Stability
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) has confirmed that the UAE's private sector remains stable despite ongoing regional developments. Business operations continue uninterrupted, reflecting the strength and diversity of the UAE economy.
## Wage Protection and Compliance
The Ministry highlighted the effectiveness of the Wage Protection System, which ensures timely wage payments to private sector employees. This system covers about 99% of the workforce, with no significant changes in compliance rates, even under current conditions.
## Operational Performance
In March, approximately 2.3 million transactions were processed, contributing to a total of 7 million in the first quarter of 2026. Customer service centers also recorded over 4 million interactions, demonstrating high engagement and efficient service delivery.

Efforts to increase Emiratisation are ongoing, with new targets set for skilled jobs in larger companies. Government programs, such as "Nafis," aim to support workforce stability and enhance economic growth, reinforcing confidence in the UAE's economic resilience.
