## Incident Overview

A SpiceJet aircraft collided with a stationary Akasa Air plane at Delhi airport on Thursday afternoon. The incident occurred as the SpiceJet Boeing 737, arriving from Leh, was taxiing to its designated bay and struck the Akasa plane, which was preparing for departure to Hyderabad.

## Damage and Safety Measures

The collision resulted in damage to the right winglet of the SpiceJet aircraft and the left-hand horizontal stabiliser of the Akasa plane. Despite the impact, no injuries were reported among passengers or crew. Both aircraft have been grounded for inspection and repairs.
