DIB launches “Standing Together with Our Heroes, as ONE” reaffirming commitment to the Nation

## New Financial Support Initiative

Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB), a leading Islamic financial institution in the UAE, has introduced a new initiative titled "Standing Together with Our Heroes, as ONE." This program is designed to provide financial support to the nation's frontline workers, acknowledging their dedication and service during challenging times.

## Comprehensive Financial Relief

The initiative offers a range of financial relief measures and banking benefits to eligible personnel from key ministries and essential entities. It aims to support nearly 25,000 customers in consumer banking until June 30, 2026, subject to eligibility.

## Key Benefits

Eligible customers can benefit from installment deferment on select Personal and Auto Finance facilities for up to three months without incurring profit or fees. Additionally, there are fee waivers on certain card propositions and a zero-fee school fees Easy Payment Plan for six months.

## Enhanced Offers for New Customers

For new customers, the initiative includes complimentary teller services, fee-free access to Home Finance, and preferential pricing on selected retail financing solutions. There are also 50 prizes of 10 grams of gold each as part of a "Win up to 10KG Gold" campaign, along with enhanced salary transfer benefits.
